Steph West is hosting a FREE online Family Pilates event!

Using imagination and fun story lines to explore all the ways we can move the body, by the end of class (30mins) the family will be left feeling stretched, energized and hopefully full of smiles.

At 9:30am - aimed children under 8 - a playful and adventurous class.

At 10am aimed at ages 9 up - use of imagination and parent-child competitions
