Annual Parochial Church Council Meeting

Held after the Eucharist Service
Each parish church has to comply with various charity and church rules. One of those is the APCM or Annual Parochial Church Meeting. Anyone can attend that meeting although only those on the electoral roll of the church can vote.
The Annual Vestry Meeting where the Church Wardens are elected also takes place as part of this meeting. There are annual reports from the Church Wardens, Finance, Mission and Ministry and other related areas. We will also cover Safeguarding and Health and Safety.
If anyone considers the parish church to be ‘their’ church they can apply to join the electoral roll.
All meetings take place in the parish church.
