Learn to Sew classes held locally for ages 8 to adult; After School Clubs, Holiday Clubs, Teens and Adults.
Kids learn the skills to make felt animal pincushions, felt cushions, cute key rings and pretty purses, sew straight stitch, appliqué, blanket stitch, sewing on a button and beads.
Teens and adults can learn to use a sewing machine whilst making pretty items such as bags with bows, lounging trousers or a simple skirt. Classes include how to use a pattern, patchwork and quilting, making cushions, blinds and curtains, simple clothes alterations and dressmaking skills.
Lots of fun creations, and all the basics are supplied.
