There will be fantastic one act plays from Thornbury's JTP Theatre, Sodbury Players, Actonians, Winterbourne Players and Oldland Players.

The Avon Short Play Festival serves as the first round of the All-England Theatre Festival (AETF), a prestigious national competition celebrating the best of amateur theatre. Winning groups from the Avon Short Play Festival will have the opportunity to advance to subsequent rounds, ultimately competing for national recognition.
