At the January committee meeting it was agreed that staffing levels are critical, especially as most of the volunteers are over 70.
It was therefore proposed that the shop should close on 31st December 2024. This would also affect the Post Office.
This is a proposal, not a final decision, but it is up to the village, including you, to keep this vital amenity going. If enough people come forward to help regularly in all aspects of running the shop, it can be done.
Come to the special meeting before it is too late.
