Summer Solstice Gong Meditation (outdoor)

The number of places is limited and bookings will open only a day before/on the day of the event once see what the weather is doing. However you can reserve your place in advance and you will get notified first once the bookings are open.
Please make sure to bring with you a yoga mat or similar, blanket, maybe sleeping bag, cushion, bottle of water and optionally an eye pillow. Due to the situation with Covid19 I will not be lending yoga mats, blankets or eye pillows. Please honour everybody else’s space and keep a physical distance. We will be outdoors, so there will be plenty of space.
We will be working with the energies of the The Wheel of the Year, this time with the energies of Summer Solstice, honouring and celebrating our soul fire and passions in our lives.
Gong Meditation induces a spontaneous meditative state. You have a chance to immerse yourself in sacred and healing sound and vibrations of Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls and other percussion instruments.
All you need to do is lie down and let the sound waves wash over you. Exchange is £20.
