New Dru Yoga Class

Rangeworthy Village Hall

Stretch your muscles, relax your body, calm your mind!

Dru Yoga is a gentle, easy to follow, flowing form of yoga which students find helps with easing back pain and other physical issues and, because we concentrate on combining movement and breath, the mental benefits are great.

Although Dru yoga is gentle, it's powerful - you might come along to stretch your body and find yourself changing your life!

The good news - you don't need to be flexible, a particular shape or under a specific age to benefit from Dru Yoga. (Although it's always wise to check with your doctor before starting any new exercise)

The great news is classes start at Rangeworthy Village Hall on Wednesday 8th January 2020 from 9.45am to 11.00am

All of my classes are welcoming and friendly.

Trial classes are £6 each.

Look forward to meeting you in a class soon.
