Online Wellbeing Workshops
Join these free online workshops to:
- Create a plan to improve your daily health and wellbeing.
- Free tools, apps, tips, and resources to improve your daily wellbeing.
- Find out about opportunities and groups in your local area.
- 30-minute one-to-one phone session with a Wellbeing Worker (to be arranged after the session).
- Meet new people and share ideas (optional if you have a webcam/microphone).
You can join the workshop using most devices with a browser such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. You can also join the session using a mobile or landline, the phone number and PIN will be provided in your booking confirmation. A guide will be provided when you have made your booking.
Every Tuesday - 1pm
Every Wednesday - 11am
Every Thursday - 11am
Content for each date will be the same and you are welcome to book as many dates as you like.
The workshop will last approximately 30 minutes.
